Cancellation Policy

Sreedas.com Photoshoot Policy & Terms All photoshoots booked through sreedas.com must be confirmed with an advance payment, and bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The advance payment is non-refundable and secures the selected date and time. The remaining balance must be completed on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed. Clients are expected to arrive on time; delays may reduce the available shooting time or incur additional charges. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours notice and is subject to availability. Edited images will typically be delivered within 7–14 working days via an online gallery or download link, and RAW or unedited files will not be provided unless previously agreed. Basic color correction and standard retouching are included, while advanced editing may require additional fees. Clients receive personal usage rights for the images, while Sreedas.com retains the right to use the photographs for portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, and promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in advance. Clients are responsible for arranging wardrobe, styling, makeup, and necessary location permissions unless included in the shoot package. While every effort is made to ensure professional quality and safe handling of files, Sreedas.com is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, location restrictions, or technical issues. By booking a photoshoot with Sreedas.com, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
